HOA SUA is a philanthropic vocational training school which always helps the disadvantaged and disabled youths. We train these following professions: European cooking, Asian cooking, restaurant service, baking, pastry, house keeping, sewing and embroidry.
In order to ensure the aim of vocational training, we set up the traning restaurant, bakery, catering service, cookery service for foreigners. These fields give our students the opportunities to practice what they learned and introduce students’ practical products as well as training quality over the society. Turnover, which earned from them, is spent on vocational training expenses.
Toward the aim of helping to find a job after graduated for ethenic minority youths, who trained in hotel and restaurant service, Hoa Sua school opened the training restaurant at Sapa - Lao Cai:

Baguette&Chocolat Sapa situated on the relative height of Sapa tourisim area, you might be in open-air or around the fire-place to enjoy the wonderful taste of French bakery’products with coffee or tea. Futhermore, we also serve salad, quiches, sanwiches, Asian dishes… on lunch and dinner which our students themselves prepare and serve.. Price is reasonable which from Vnd 25,000 up to Vnd 65,000. We even serve picnic baskets (sandwiches, beverage…). Restaurant are decorated finely, warmly and originally with floorboard and furniture made of rattan and bamboo.
Our mini hotel includes 4 bedrooms which convenience, hygiene and delightful scene. You are served breakfast according to European and Vietnamese cuisine. Room price: USD 14/ room (include breakfast).
